Overview

The project aimed to create a tool for young people whose family members have heart conditions. As part of this effort, I was involved in conducting research, engaging in insightful interviews, and was responsible for the visual design of the tool the user journey. In collaboration with Naasten in Beeld, a group dedicated to supporting families dealing with heart disease, our approach aimed to ensure that young individuals can openly discuss illness, fears, and emotions with their family members.
